Build a professional, scalable AI-powered education SaaS platform called **IAANOVA**.

IAANOVA has TWO separate but connected learning domains:

1. **Academic Curriculum** — students study their normal school subjects with personalized AI support.
2. **IAANOVA AI Academy** — students learn AI, prompting, automation, AI agents, no-code development and future skills.

Core promise:

**Learn your curriculum. Master future skills. Unlock your potential.**

For schools:

**Teach smarter. Track better. Support every learner.**

## USER ROLES

Create role-based architecture for:

* IAANOVA Super Admin
* School Admin
* Teacher
* Student
* Parent
* Individual AI Academy learner

## MULTI-SCHOOL ARCHITECTURE

IAANOVA must support many schools securely.

Each school's data must remain isolated.

Structure:

**IAANOVA → School → Education Level → Programme/Track if applicable → Class/Grade → Subject → Topic → Lesson**

## SCHOOL REGISTRATION

School onboarding must support MULTIPLE education levels.

Examples:

* Early Childhood
* Kindergarten
* Primary
* JHS
* SHS
* TVET
* Tertiary
* Custom

A school may select JHS only, SHS only, Primary + JHS, JHS + SHS, or several levels.

NEVER mix education levels.

Example JHS:

School → JHS → JHS 2 → Mathematics → Fractions

Example SHS:

School → SHS → General Science → SHS 2 → Physics → Motion

Programme/Track must be optional and used only where appropriate.

## SCHOOL SETUP

Create onboarding for:

1. School information
2. Country
3. Curriculum
4. Education levels
5. Classes/grades
6. Programmes/tracks where applicable
7. Subjects
8. Teachers
9. Students
10. Student academic placement
11. Teacher assignments

Students must automatically see only their assigned:

* curriculum
* education level
* programme
* class
* subjects

Teachers must see only their assigned classes and subjects.

## ACADEMIC CURRICULUM

Prepare scalable structure:

Country → Curriculum → Curriculum Version → Education Level → Programme → Class → Subject → Strand/Unit → Topic → Subtopic → Lesson → Exercise → Quiz → Assessment

Do not hard-code Ghana only.

Ghana can be the initial configuration, but architecture must support other countries later.

## STUDENT DASHBOARD

Clearly separate:

### Academic Learning

Show:

* Subjects
* Current class
* Progress
* Continue Learning
* Homework
* Assessments
* Weak areas
* Recommended revision
* AI Tutor

### IAANOVA AI Academy

Show:

* AI courses
* progress
* projects
* assessments
* certificates

Both belong to one unified learner profile.

## AI TUTOR FOUNDATION

Prepare a context-aware AI Tutor architecture.

Academic AI context must include:

School + Country + Curriculum + Education Level + Class + Programme if applicable + Subject + Topic + Lesson + Student progress.

A JHS student must not receive SHS curriculum content by mistake.

## MASTERY FOUNDATION

Prepare IAANOVA's mastery rule:

80%+ → progress/unlock.

Below 80% → identify weaknesses, explain, practice, tutor and retest instead of simply failing the learner.

## ADMIN DASHBOARDS

School Admin should manage:

* Education levels
* Programmes
* Classes
* Subjects
* Teachers
* Students
* Curriculum
* Academic years
* AI usage
* School settings

Include an education-level filter such as:

**All Levels | Primary | JHS | SHS | TVET**

## DATABASE

Create proper relational architecture for:

* users
* roles
* schools
* school_memberships
* curricula
* curriculum_versions
* education_levels
* programmes
* classes
* subjects
* students
* teachers
* student_placements
* teacher_assignments
* academic_years
* terms
* lessons
* progress
* assessments
* AI usage

Never use subject name or class number alone to determine academic context.

## SECURITY

Implement:

* authentication
* protected routes
* role-based access
* school/tenant isolation
* academic-scope authorization
* input validation
* secure backend access

Frontend hiding alone is not sufficient security.

## DESIGN

Make IAANOVA premium, modern, responsive and professional.

Avoid childish school design.

Use clean dashboards, strong typography, modern cards, responsive navigation and excellent mobile usability.

## DEVELOPMENT RULE

Build modularly and for long-term scale.

Do not create one giant file.

Do not build everything at once.

For this first build, focus on:

1. App foundation
2. Authentication structure
3. Roles
4. Multi-school architecture
5. School registration
6. Education-level separation
7. Academic structure foundation
8. Student/Teacher/Admin dashboard shells

Do NOT omit Academic Curriculum.

Do NOT omit IAANOVA AI Academy.

Do NOT mix Primary, JHS, SHS, TVET or other education levels.
