By accessing or using GenMB ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Description of Service

GenMB is an AI-powered platform that generates web applications from natural language descriptions. The Service uses artificial intelligence to create code based on your prompts, and provides tools for editing, previewing, deploying, and managing your applications.

Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate malicious code, malware, or security exploits
• Create applications that violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse the AI generation systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or access the Service without permission
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

AI-Generated Content

You understand and acknowledge that:

• Code is generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities
• You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all generated code before use
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of generated content
• AI outputs may occasionally produce unexpected or inappropriate results
• You should not rely solely on AI-generated code for critical or production systems without thorough review

Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of the prompts you provide and have rights to the applications you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Our Service

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by GenMB and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

Third-Party Content

Generated code may incorporate or be influenced by publicly available code patterns. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with any applicable licenses.

Service Limitations and Quotas

The Service is subject to usage limits including:

• Rate limits on API requests and AI generations
• Storage limits for applications and assets
• Limits on deployed applications and subdomains

We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time.

Deployed Applications

When you deploy applications to GenMB subdomains:

• Your application becomes publicly accessible
• You are responsible for the content and functionality of your deployed apps
• We may remove deployed applications that violate these terms
• Subdomains are provided on a best-effort basis and may be reclaimed if inactive

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GENMB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GenMB and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time through the Service settings.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
