Create a modern Property Management System (PMS) for my family guesthouse called "ROBI HMS".

This is a real business application for a small guesthouse in Medjugorje, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The application should be designed professionally and later could become a SaaS product for other small hotels and guesthouses.

IMPORTANT BUSINESS LOGIC:

A reservation is NOT the same as a guest.

A person can make a reservation and cancel or not arrive.
Do NOT automatically create a guest profile or Guest ID when making a reservation.

Guest ID should only be created after the guest actually checks in.

Guest ID format:
GID000001
GID000002
GID000003
