Build a personal Offline Urdu AI Voice Assistant for Android.

Core Requirements:

1. Create an installable Android APK.
2. Support Urdu voice commands and Urdu text input.
3. Work offline as much as possible, without external AI APIs or cloud servers.
4. Keep user data, chat history, settings, and personal files stored locally on the device.
5. Do not send private data to third-party servers.
6. Open apps, tell the time and date, manage local notes, set reminders where Android permits, and perform supported phone actions.
7. Include a simple, premium, mobile-friendly interface with a microphone button, chat screen, command history, and settings.
8. Ask for confirmation before sending messages, deleting files, or performing sensitive actions.
9. Request Android permissions only when necessary and explain their purpose.
10. Support Android 9 and newer where technically possible.
11. Keep the app lightweight for low-RAM phones.
12. Use an on-device AI model compatible with the phone's hardware for more natural Urdu conversations. Provide basic offline commands if the model cannot run.
13. Do not include advertisements, analytics trackers, unnecessary internet access, or mandatory third-party accounts.
14. Provide complete Android source code, build instructions, and a working APK if the platform supports APK compilation.

Important: Do not create a website or Windows application. Build an actual native Android app. Do not claim that every command works unless it has been implemented and tested. Clearly identify any Android limitations and any feature that requires internet access.
