Build a web application called "THE CALL."

THE CALL is a social prediction-market game. This first version must use PLAY MONEY ONLY. Do not add real-money deposits, withdrawals, gambling, betting, payment processing, or cryptocurrency.

The app should feel like a modern financial trading app combined with a social network.

CORE CONCEPT:

Every new user receives $10,000 in virtual money.

Users can browse prediction markets with YES and NO outcomes.

Example:

"Will Bitcoin reach $150,000 before October 1, 2026?"

YES: 42¢
NO: 58¢

Users can purchase virtual YES or NO contracts. A winning contract is worth $1 in virtual money when the market resolves. A losing contract is worth $0.

Responsive on desktop and mobile.

The product should feel like a serious modern prediction platform, not a school project.

12. IMPORTANT

This is a PLAY-MONEY prototype.

Clearly display:
"Play money only. No real-money wagering."

Do not integrate Stripe, PayPal, banking, cryptocurrency, deposits, withdrawals, or real-money gambling.

Build the application completely and make it runnable.
