HELLEN NURSERY & PRIMARY SCHOOL — MASTER WEBSITE PROMPT

Build a complete, functional, full-stack website and school management system for Hellen Nursery & Primary School. This must be a real working application with a database, secure login, backend functionality, and responsive design—not just a visual demo.

1. SCHOOL BRANDING

- Name: Hellen Nursery & Primary School
- Motto: “Hellen for excellence, nothing impossible.”
- Location: Mombasa, Kwa Temba Street
- Phone: 0717 222 202 / 0699540004
- Design: Premium navy blue, white, and gold.
- Support English and Kiswahili.
- Create a beautiful, professional, mobile-friendly website for phones and computers.

2. SEPARATE PORTALS

Create clearly labelled portals on the homepage:

1. Student Admission & Registration: Parents register children online, complete application forms, upload documents, receive application numbers, and track application status.
2. Jobs & Applicants: Applicants create accounts, view vacancies, submit CVs and certificates, and track job applications.
3. Directors Portal: Authorized directors view school statistics, academic reports, financial summaries, admissions, recruitment, and school performance.
4. Admin Portal: Authorized administrators manage the entire school system, including students, parents, admissions, examinations, fees, staff, jobs, announcements, and website content.
5. Parents Portal: Parents securely log in to view their linked children's results, report cards, fee statements, payment history, and school announcements.
6. Exams & Results Checker: Parents can search using a student's name or registration number, select class, academic year, and examination, and view officially published results.

3. EXAMINATIONS AND RESULTS

Allow authorized administrators and teachers to create examinations, enter marks, configure grading, calculate grades, publish results, and generate printable report cards. Connect results to actual student records in the database. Never display invented results. Protect private results through parent authentication or appropriate additional verification.

4. SCHOOL MANAGEMENT

Include:

- Student registration and student profiles.
- Parent and guardian records.
- Classes, streams, subjects, and academic years.
- Examination results and report cards.
- Fee structures, invoices, payments, receipts, and outstanding balances.
- Staff and HR records.
- Job vacancies and recruitment management.
- Announcements, school news, events, and gallery.
- School calendar.
- Reports, data exports, and document management.
- School settings and user permissions.

Do not include Attendance Management or attendance tracking anywhere in the system.

5. DATABASE AND FUNCTIONALITY

Use a real persistent database, secure backend, authentication, file storage, and role-based permissions. If supported, use Supabase with PostgreSQL, Auth, Storage, and Row Level Security.

All forms must save actual data. All buttons, searches, login pages, application tracking, dashboards, and status updates must work. Dashboard statistics must come from real database records, not fake numbers.

Allow administrators to review, approve, reject, or request additional information for admission applications. Allow HR to review CVs, manage vacancies, schedule interviews, and update application statuses.

6. NOTIFICATIONS AND PAYMENTS

Prepare integration with SMS and email providers to send application confirmations, admission updates, recruitment updates, announcements, and fee reminders.

Support online payments through a compatible payment provider when configured. Do not claim an SMS was delivered or a payment succeeded without verified confirmation.

7. SECURITY

Use secure login, password reset, server-side validation, private document storage, database access policies, and role-based permissions. Parents must only see their own linked children. Job applicants must only see their own applications. Protect confidential student, financial, and recruitment information. Do not expose administrator credentials or allow public administrator registration.

8. FINAL INSTRUCTIONS

Build the complete working system in phases if necessary. Start with the website, database, authentication, and portals, then implement admissions, recruitment, parent accounts, examination results, fees, and notifications.

Do not stop after building the homepage. Do not create fake buttons, static forms, or simulated database records.

Test that applications save correctly, logins work, permissions are enforced, results display the correct records, and data remains available after logout and login.

Provide a working preview, deployment instructions, administrator setup instructions, and a clear list of any integrations that still require configuration.

The final product must be a real, secure, premium school website and management system for Hellen Nursery & Primary School—not just a design prototype.
