Create a complete working Android application prototype named **“SafeGuard – AI-Based Real-Time Personal Safety App”**.

### Project Objective
Develop a modern personal safety application that helps users during emergency situations by providing safety monitoring, emergency simulation, GPS location, a safety timer, and emergency contact features.

### 1. App Design
- Create a beautiful, modern, professional Android app UI.
- Use a dark navy blue, white, and red color theme.
- Display the app name “SafeGuard” and a shield logo on the home screen.
- Make the interface simple, attractive, responsive, and beginner-friendly.
- Use clearly visible buttons, icons, cards, and status indicators.

### 2. Home Screen
Include these features:
- Start Safety Monitoring button.
- Stop Safety Monitoring button.
- Simulate Emergency button.
- Get My Current Location button.
- Safety Countdown Timer.
- Emergency Contacts section.
- Emergency Status indicator.

Display monitoring status as ON or OFF.

### 3. Emergency Detection Prototype
- Add a Simulate Emergency button for testing.
- When the user presses it, display an emergency detected notification.
- Show a 10-second countdown with a Cancel Emergency button.
- If the user cancels, stop the emergency process.
- If the countdown finishes, start the simulated emergency workflow.
- Clearly label simulated detection as a prototype feature.
- Do not falsely claim that real AI detection is active.

### 4. GPS Location
- Request location permission appropriately.
- Retrieve the device's current location when available.
- Display latitude and longitude.
- Provide a button to open the location in Google Maps.
- Handle permission denial and unavailable GPS gracefully.
- Do not use a hardcoded location as the real location.

### 5. Emergency Photo Capture
- Add a Capture Photo feature using the device camera.
- Request camera permission when necessary.
- Allow the user to preview and save the captured photo.
- Explain when camera access is unavailable.
- Do not claim automatic background photo capture works unless it is actually implemented and supported by Android.

### 6. Emergency Contacts and SOS
- Allow users to add and save trusted emergency contacts.
- Provide an SOS button.
- Prepare an emergency message containing the available location.
- Allow the user to open the phone's messaging application with the prepared message.
- Clearly indicate that the user must confirm sending unless a properly configured and authorized messaging service is implemented.
- Do not claim that an SMS has been delivered without confirmation.

### 7. Safety Timer
- Let the user set a countdown timer.
- Display the remaining time.
- Show a notification when the timer finishes, where supported.
- Provide a cancel and reset option.

### 8. Emergency Dashboard
Display:
- Monitoring status.
- GPS availability.
- Last detected simulated emergency.
- Safety timer status.
- Emergency contact status.
- Buttons to access all main features.

### 9. Technical Requirements
- First, create a complete runnable prototype.
- Prefer Kotlin, Android Studio, and XML or Jetpack Compose for a native Android app.
- If a web-based prototype is easier to generate and preview, use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and explain how to run it.
- Include all required source code and project files.
- Avoid placeholder buttons; every button should perform its stated action or clearly indicate that the feature is not yet implemented.
- Handle errors and permissions properly.
- Provide step-by-step instructions to run and test the application.
- Clearly separate implemented features from planned AI features.

### 10. Final Output
Provide the complete application code, required files, setup instructions, and testing steps. Make the prototype visually impressive and suitable for a college project demonstration.

Important: Start by generating the runnable application, not just a project description or UI mockup.
