URGENT: FIX QUICKDROP MOVIE BOX — REAL MOVIES, NOT DEMO CONTENT.

Do not redesign my application. Do not create a new project.
Inspect and repair the existing QuickDrop Movie Box.

The current Browse screen shows sample-looking listings such as
"Kampala Test Story" and "Pearl of the Nile", with unrelated
stock-looking images. These are not verified movie listings.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Audit the existing movie database and identify all demo,
placeholder, invented, and unverified movie records.

2. Do not present demo movies as real films. Remove placeholder
records from the customer catalogue without deleting genuine
customer purchases, subscriptions, or other important records.

3. Populate the catalogue only with genuine, verifiable movies.
Use accurate titles, release years, descriptions, countries,
genres, and genuine posters from legitimate sources.

4. Support movies from ALL COUNTRIES. Uganda is the target
market and UGX is the currency; neither restricts movie origin.

5. Every movie must have a real, authorized playback source.
Verify that the video URL or uploaded video file exists and
can be accessed by the player.

6. If a movie has no playable video, mark it "Video unavailable"
or "Awaiting authorized upload". Do not pretend it is playable.

7. Do not use random stock photographs as movie posters.
Do not invent movie titles, trailers, video URLs, or upload
success messages.

8. Keep the existing administrator upload system. Allow the
administrator to upload authorized movie files and connect
each uploaded file to the correct movie record.

9. Test the complete playback process, including opening a
movie, pressing Play, video loading, playback, and error handling.

10. Never charge or unlock a movie based on a simulated payment
unless it is explicitly labelled as a test environment.
Do not claim real payment integration exists unless verified.

11. Preserve the existing project, authentication, database,
customer accounts, filmmaker records, purchases, and subscriptions.
Do not replace the database with mock data or create duplicate tables.

12. First report which genuine movies and playable videos actually
exist. State clearly which movies still need authorized video files.

Do not claim success until the actual playback test passes.
Do not ask me to upgrade or buy credits. Use available existing
project capabilities only.
