Build a responsive web app named JARVIS, my personal AI engineering assistant, for Android phones and laptops.

For the first version, focus ONLY on the home screen and voice assistant interface.

DESIGN:

- Premium dark sci-fi interface.
- A large glowing orange spherical orb in the center.
- Smooth animations for idle, listening, thinking, and speaking states.
- A microphone button, text chat input, and conversation history.
- The assistant addresses me as “Boss” and uses “Yes, Boss” as its signature greeting.
- Add navigation tabs for Home, Circuit Lab, 3D Studio, Code Studio, and My Projects.
- Make every screen responsive and easy to use on a phone.

FUNCTIONALITY:

- Implement microphone permission and browser-supported speech recognition where available.
- Add text input as a fallback.
- Implement spoken responses using available browser text-to-speech.
- Show clear status messages when listening or speaking is unavailable.
- Do not fake AI intelligence: connect a real AI service only when configured.
- Do not require a paid API key for the initial visual prototype.
- Keep the project structured so an interactive circuit editor and simulation engine can be added later.

First build the working interface and test the microphone and speech features that the current browser supports. Do not build fake circuit simulations yet.
