PROJECT: Premium NetFlix — Private Access Portal

Create a professional, responsive web application named Premium NetFlix.

IMPORTANT AUTHENTICATION RULE:
The website must use password-only access. Never create Sign In, Sign Up, registration, email, username, phone number, OTP, or social login features.

Initial user portal password: 0786.
Initial admin panel password: 7860.

Build the project foundation with:
- Modern black and dark-grey background.
- Red accent colors and subtle gradients.
- Premium typography and smooth animations.
- Responsive layouts for mobile, tablet, and desktop.
- Clean cards, buttons, forms, icons, and navigation.
- Loading indicators, error messages, and success notifications.
- Accessible design and clear labels.

Website title: Premium NetFlix.
Subtitle: Private Streaming Access Portal.

Create a proper frontend and backend structure with database integration. Keep user and admin authentication separate.

Do not put passwords, database credentials, or secret keys in frontend JavaScript.

This is Part 1 of a 10-part project. Build on the existing code in future parts. Do not create a separate application or discard existing work.
