Build a complete, modern, mobile-first messaging web app called H&S Messenger, combining the best messaging features of WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram.

DESIGN:
Create a premium, beautiful, smooth, responsive UI with light/dark mode, elegant animations, modern icons, and professional chat screens.

AUTHENTICATION:
Implement email/password registration, login, persistent sessions, email verification, and forgot-password recovery using email verification codes or secure reset links.

MESSAGING:
Implement real-time private chats, group chats, text messages, emoji, replies, reactions, forwarding, editing, deletion, read receipts, delivery status, typing indicators, online status, and message search.

MEDIA:
Support image, video, audio, document, and voice-note sharing.

IMAGE EDITOR:
Implement image cropping, rotation, zoom, drawing, text, stickers, undo, redo, preview, and send.

DRAWING:
Add a + → Draw feature with a canvas, brush, colors, adjustable size, eraser, undo, redo, and send.

CALLS:
Implement real voice and video calling using appropriate real-time communication infrastructure.

SOCIAL FEATURES:
Add stories/status updates, profile pages, shared media galleries, contact discovery, and group management.

SETTINGS:
Include profile editing, privacy controls, blocked users, notifications, chat themes, wallpapers, account settings, and dark mode.

BACKEND:
Use a suitable secure backend, persistent database, authentication, file storage, and real-time messaging. Never use mock functionality as a substitute for working features.

DEPLOYMENT:
Build and test the application, configure the services available to you, and publish it to a public URL.

IMPORTANT:
Work in small, manageable stages. First build the complete UI and authentication. Then implement real messaging, media sharing, drawing, calls, and remaining features incrementally.

Preserve working code. Do not overwrite existing functionality unnecessarily.

Do not create fake buttons or claim unfinished features work.

If external credentials or paid services are required, explain exactly what is missing.

My goal is to open the published link and use H&S Messenger on my Android phone without manually coding or configuring servers.
