An AI tool that turns rough notes into a polished LinkedIn post, with tone options and saved history.UPGRADE MY EXISTING GLOWUP AI APP INTO A BEAUTIFUL, PREMIUM-LOOKING AI PHOTO AND VIDEO TRANSFORMATION PLATFORM.

IMPORTANT: Do not create a basic template. I want a visually stunning, modern, addictive-to-explore creative studio that makes visitors excited to try it. Build the actual working interface, not just a description.

BRAND:
Name: GlowUp AI
Tagline: "Your Imagination. Your Glow. Your World."
Style: luxurious black background, deep purple and electric pink gradients, subtle glowing effects, cinematic imagery, smooth transitions, premium typography, beautiful cards, and professional mobile-first design.

SHOW AMAZING EXAMPLES FIRST
Create a visually impressive home page with a large hero section and a gallery of sample transformations.

Include examples such as:

Ordinary portrait transformed into a luxury fashion model.

Everyday outfit transformed into an elegant red-carpet look.

Princess and fantasy character transformations.

Two separate portraits transformed into a romantic couple scene.

Ordinary photo transformed into a cinematic 3D character.

Portrait transformed into an animated movie-style scene.

Professional profile photo makeover.

Birthday, anniversary, wedding, and special-event portraits.

Show before-and-after comparisons, style names, attractive preview cards, and clear buttons such as "Try This Style" and "Create Yours".

Use visually compelling demo images or generated sample assets. Make it clear that gallery examples are demonstrations and not actual results from the current user. Do not pretend a sample image was generated from a user's uploaded photo.

FREE TRIAL SYSTEM
Let every new user try the app without paying.

Offer a choice of:

3 free AI generations for a more restrictive trial, or

5 free AI generations to encourage more people to try the app.

Use 5 free generations by default for the prototype.

Count each successfully completed AI generation as one credit. Failed generations must not consume a credit. Explain clearly that a generation may produce one image or one short video, depending on the selected feature.

Display the remaining free credits, for example:
"You have 3 free creations remaining."

Do not charge users automatically. When their free credits reach zero, display a beautiful Premium upgrade screen explaining the available plans. Users must knowingly choose and confirm a paid plan before any payment occurs.

Persist the trial balance securely per authenticated user. Do not rely only on frontend state, local storage, or a resettable counter. Prevent users from bypassing the limit simply by refreshing the page.

For guests, offer sign-in to save their creations and remaining credits. Make the guest trial behavior explicit.

AI PHOTO STUDIO
Allow users to upload their own photos and choose from:

Luxury makeover

Red-carpet fashion

Princess and fantasy

Professional portrait

3D animated character

Cinematic movie scene

Wedding and engagement

Romantic couple portrait

Birthday and anniversary

Custom prompt

Provide aspect-ratio options suitable for TikTok, Instagram, WhatsApp, and profile pictures.

PHOTO-TO-VIDEO STUDIO
Allow users to upload an image, select an animation style, enter a prompt, and request a short video.

Include cinematic camera movement, gentle facial motion where supported, fantasy effects, fashion-film looks, and romantic scenes.

Show estimated processing status and errors honestly. Never display a fake completed video. If no real video API is connected, clearly label the feature as awaiting API configuration and provide a polished preview of the workflow.

PREMIUM PLANS
Create a premium pricing page with configurable plans, such as:

Free: 5 successful trial generations.

Starter: a small monthly allowance.

Pro: a larger monthly allowance, HD downloads, and premium styles.

Do not invent working payments or claim that payment has been received. Keep prices configurable until real costs are known.

Add a secure payment integration structure that can later support suitable payment providers, including M-Pesa if available. Do not expose secret API keys.

PERSONAL GALLERY
Let signed-in users view their own generated images and videos, download completed creations, and delete their creations.

VIRAL SHARING
Add buttons to share completed creations through supported device sharing options and copy a link where available. Include optional branding on shared free creations, but do not force an unwanted watermark on users' private creations. Make branding settings configurable.

MULTILINGUAL SUPPORT
Support English and Kiswahili initially. Add a language switcher and prepare the architecture for more languages.

TRUST AND PRIVACY
Explain how uploaded photos are processed and stored. Never publish private uploads publicly without permission. Add a deletion option, clear consent, and sensible protection for personal images.

REAL FUNCTIONALITY
First inspect the existing project and preserve working features.

Build the frontend, connect a real backend where available, and explain which services need API keys. Integrate image generation only through a real supported API. Integrate image-to-video generation only through a compatible real service.

Implement authentication, server-side generation limits, generation status tracking, secure storage, and error handling when the backend is configured.

If API credentials are missing, create an attractive working demo with sample gallery images and functional interface interactions, but label generation as a demo and never claim real AI output has been produced.

FINAL RESULT
The first screen must immediately impress visitors. Make it easy for a beginner using an Android phone to navigate. Prioritize the sample gallery, photo upload, style selection, visible free-credit counter, and a clear upgrade flow.

After building, summarize what works, what still needs API keys, how to test the 5-free-generation limit, and how to deploy the app without unnecessary paid services.
