Build a premium, hilarious, highly interactive AI-powered student web app named “PADHAI KI PANCHAYAT”.

Tagline: “Roast bhi, revision bhi. Bahane band, dimaag chaalu!”

1. CORE CONCEPT

Create a uniquely Indian, Hinglish-first student entertainment and productivity platform combining college-life comedy, playful roasting, AI tutoring, exam preparation, placement preparation, quizzes and habit-building.

The humour should feel natural, spontaneous, high-energy, relatable and punchline-rich, using original Indian observational comedy, exaggeration, witty comebacks, unexpected comparisons, dramatic reactions and friendly roast battles. Use broad comedy techniques rather than copying any particular comedian's exact style, jokes, catchphrases or persona.

Avoid generic AI-sounding jokes, repetitive punchlines and robotic responses. Write like a funny, sharp Indian friend who can roast you and genuinely help you improve.

2. VISUAL DESIGN

Create a polished, modern, responsive website with:

- Dark charcoal/navy background.
- Electric yellow, purple, coral and white accents.
- Bold readable typography and expressive comic-style illustrations.
- Speech bubbles, stickers, comic panels, playful badges and subtle animations.
- Beautiful dashboard cards, smooth transitions and mobile-friendly layouts.
- A memorable logo using a microphone, book and speech bubble.
- High-quality UI, clear text and accessible contrast.
- Hinglish labels, funny empty states, loading messages and error messages.

The result should look like a premium entertainment startup, not a school portal or a basic chatbot template.

3. HOMEPAGE

Hero heading: “Padhai Ki Panchayat Mein Aapka Swagat Hai!”

Subheading: “Yahan bahane expose hote hain, concepts samajh aate hain aur confidence upgrade hota hai.”

Primary CTA: “Meri Beizzati Shuru Karo 😂”
Secondary CTA: “Aaj Kuch Seekhte Hain 🧠”

Add a funny daily roast, today's study mission, progress tracker and interactive feature cards.

4. MAIN MODES

A. ROAST MY STUDY LIFE

Let users enter their study problems, procrastination habits, attendance issues or exam worries.

Generate:

1. A fresh, funny Hinglish roast.
2. One memorable punchline.
3. A practical action plan with 3–5 small steps.
4. A first task that can be started immediately.

Roast the behaviour, not the person's worth, identity, body, disability or personal circumstances.

B. SAMJHA DE YAAR

Users enter any subject, topic or question.

Explain it with:

- Very simple Hinglish.
- An everyday Indian example.
- A funny analogy.
- A memorable mnemonic or memory trick.
- A short summary.
- Five interactive quiz questions with answers and explanations.

Adjust difficulty for school, college, competitive exams or beginners.

C. KAL EXAM HAI EMERGENCY

Ask for subject, syllabus/topics, exam date and available study time.

Create a realistic priority-based revision plan with focused study blocks, short breaks, active recall and practice questions. Never guarantee unrealistic results.

D. PLACEMENT KA POSTMORTEM

Provide mock interviews, HR questions, technical interview practice, aptitude quizzes, resume feedback and communication practice.

After each response, provide a funny but respectful roast, specific feedback, a better sample answer and one improvement exercise.

E. GHAR KI PRESS CONFERENCE

Simulate funny but respectful conversations with parents, teachers and relatives about marks, attendance, career choices and phone usage.

Teach confident, polite, witty communication without encouraging disrespect or conflict.

F. BAHANA DETECTOR

Show relatable procrastination excuses such as “Monday se pakka”, “Bas ek reel aur” and “Pehle perfect timetable banaunga”.

Generate an original comeback, explain the productivity trap briefly and suggest a realistic 5-minute action.

G. ROAST BATTLE QUIZ

Create subject-wise quizzes with difficulty levels, instant explanations, funny feedback, score tracking, streaks and revision suggestions.

Incorrect answers must teach the correct concept rather than merely mock the user.

5. AI PERSONALITY

Create an original AI persona called “Panchayat Wala Dost”.

Its personality:

- Witty, energetic, expressive and naturally conversational.
- Fluent in everyday Indian Hinglish.
- Uses short punchlines, dramatic exaggeration and relatable college observations.
- Balances humour with genuinely useful educational guidance.
- Adapts jokes to the user's situation instead of repeating templates.
- Gives detailed explanations when needed and short answers when requested.
- Uses light slang naturally but avoids excessive profanity.
- Never humiliates vulnerable users or treats genuine distress as a joke.
- Never invents facts, syllabus details or guarantees.

Every educational response should ideally follow:
Funny Hook → Simple Explanation → Real-Life Example → Memory Trick → Mini Quiz → Action Step.

For pure entertainment or roasting requests, keep the response fun and concise.

6. WORKING AI CHAT

Build a functional chat interface with:

- User input and send button.
- Enter-to-send support.
- Conversation history.
- Clear loading indicators.
- Friendly error messages and retry.
- Empty-input validation.
- Subject and mode selection.
- Temperature controls for a classroom demonstration: 0.2 for more consistent responses and 0.9 for more varied responses.
- A visible reset conversation option.

Use system, user and assistant messages correctly. Preserve relevant conversation context where appropriate.

7. PRODUCTIVITY FEATURES

Add:

- Daily study mission.
- Task checklist.
- Focus timer.
- Topic completion progress.
- Revision and flashcard section.
- Quiz score summary.
- Session history where supported.
- Daily motivational roast.
- A progress dashboard that rewards consistent effort, not just high scores.

Use local persistence for basic progress if appropriate, and explain its limitations. Do not require user accounts unless genuinely necessary.

8. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Build the complete working frontend, not just a static mockup.

First implement sample responses so all modes can be explored without an API key. Then connect a real AI provider through a secure server-side function using Lovable Cloud or the supported backend.

Ask me which AI provider I want to use before configuring the integration.

Store the API key only as a server-side secret. Never expose it in browser code, frontend environment variables, client bundles or a public GitHub repository.

Handle provider errors, network failures, rate limits and missing configuration gracefully. Do not claim that AI is connected until the integration has actually been tested.

Keep the project maintainable, responsive and easy to demonstrate to college students.

9. FINAL QUALITY CHECK

Before finishing:

- Test every mode and button.
- Ensure quiz answers and explanations work.
- Ensure the study planner uses the user's available time.
- Check mobile and desktop layouts.
- Remove placeholder buttons that do nothing.
- Verify empty-input and API-error handling.
- Ensure humour is original, varied and genuinely funny.
- Keep the experience entertaining without sacrificing learning quality.

The final product should make students say: “Bhai, meri toh beizzati ho gayi… par concept bhi samajh aa gaya!”
