Build a complete, production-ready full-stack web app called “DEBT DETOX – AI Debt Cost Auditor” for a hackathon.

Purpose: Users upload a loan agreement PDF/image. The system uses OCR + AI to extract loan details, hidden charges, interest rates, penalties, and repayment conditions. It should calculate the true cost of the loan, compare stated interest with effective APR, detect suspicious/unclear fees, and suggest smarter repayment strategies.

Tech:
- Frontend: React + TypeScript + Tailwind CSS
- Backend: FastAPI or Node.js
- Database: PostgreSQL
- APIs: OCR + AI extraction API
- Charts: Recharts
- File upload: PDF/image support
- Make the architecture deployment-ready with environment variables and API error handling.

Main flow:
1. Landing page → explain product with strong CTA.
2. Upload loan document.
3. OCR extracts text.
4. AI identifies principal, interest rate, tenure, EMI, processing fee, documentation fee, insurance, GST, foreclosure penalty, late fees and hidden conditions.
5. Show a Loan Truth Dashboard with:
   - Principal
   - Stated interest
   - Effective APR
   - Total repayment
   - Total hidden costs
   - Transparency/Risk Score
6. Charges & Hidden Costs page showing every detected fee with source/page evidence.
7. Verification Evidence page showing extracted values with exact document snippets to prevent hallucination.
8. Payoff Simulator where users test extra monthly payments or one-time payments and see time/interest saved.
9. Multi-Debt Strategy page supporting multiple loans and comparing Avalanche vs Snowball.
10. Download a professional financial report.

IMPORTANT UI/UX:
Do NOT create a typical student dashboard. Make it look like a premium AI fintech + cybersecurity product.
Use a unique visual identity: dark midnight background, electric cyan/blue accents, subtle red for financial risk, glassmorphism only where useful, clean data cards, glowing evidence lines, interactive charts, animated progress indicators, modern typography, excellent spacing, responsive design and smooth micro-interactions.
The interface should feel like an enterprise financial intelligence platform.

Important features:
- Use realistic demo data when no document is uploaded.
- Never invent extracted values; show “Not Specified” if missing.
- Show confidence score and evidence source for AI-extracted data.
- Strong loading, empty and error states.
- Fully functional frontend-backend integration.
- Create clean reusable components and scalable folder structure.
- Add README with setup and deployment instructions.
