PROJECT: DYPHAN— ADVANCED ELECTRON MICROSCOPE

Act as a world-class electron microscopy engineer, nanoscientist, AI developer, and scientific imaging specialist. Build a fully functional, professional-grade AI-powered electron microscope simulation platform with an advanced interface inspired by real Transmission Electron Microscopes (TEM) and Scanning Electron Microscopes (SEM).

CORE FEATURES:

1. Ultra-High Magnification: Support simulated magnifications from 10× to 1,000,000×, with realistic scale bars and scientifically accurate resolution limitations.
2. Virus Visualization: Display scientifically grounded, high-resolution visualizations of viruses, bacteria, cellular organelles, nanoparticles, proteins, and other nanoscale structures that ordinary optical microscopes cannot resolve.
3. TEM & SEM Modes: Include transmission imaging for internal ultrastructure and scanning imaging for detailed surface morphology.
4. Interactive Controls: Provide zoom, focus, electron-beam intensity, accelerating voltage, contrast, brightness, detector settings, and image rotation.
5. AI Specimen Analysis: Allow users to select specimen types or upload microscopy images for AI-assisted identification, annotation, measurement, and structural analysis, with uncertainty clearly displayed.
6. Scientific Specimen Library: Include realistic, educationally labelled specimens such as HIV, bacteriophages, influenza virus, red blood cells, mitochondria, bacterial cells, and nanoparticles.
7. Advanced Imaging: Simulate electron diffraction, image enhancement, elemental mapping, 3D reconstruction, and nanoscale measurements where supported.
8. Professional Workspace: Provide a real-time imaging viewport, specimen navigator, control panel, metadata display, and adjustable scientific measurement tools.
9. Export & Reporting: Export images, scale bars, annotations, measurements, and scientific reports in suitable formats.
10. Responsive Performance: Build a modern, mobile-friendly interface that works smoothly on Android phones, tablets, and computers.

Use a modern scientific UI, realistic electron-microscopy-inspired visuals, efficient rendering, and modular architecture. Implement functional controls rather than decorative buttons. Clearly distinguish simulated images, educational reference images, and actual uploaded microscope data. Never claim that digital zoom creates genuine microscopic resolution or that AI-generated images are verified experimental observations.

FINAL GOAL: Deliver a working virtual electron microscopy laboratory for scientific education, specimen exploration, image analysis, and nanoscale visualization, with a clear pathway for integrating real electron microscope hardware in the future.
