Build an offline-first mobile app that helps people manage the waiting period for therapy and counselling. Choose a common cross-platform framework that fully supports offline operation, and state the choice in your response.

The app provides four features:

1. **Local wait times:** Show current therapy and counselling wait times in the user's area so people can compare realistic waits. Cache the data with a last-updated timestamp and sync when connectivity returns.
2. **Low-cost and free matching:** Match the user to community clinics, sliding-scale providers, peer support groups, and crisis or helpline resources by need and location.
3. **Daily gentle support plan:** Offer short, practical, evidence-informed activities such as grounding exercises, mood logging prompts, and sleep and routine suggestions. Keep the tone calm, never clinical or alarming.
4. **Progress tracking:** Track mood, wait-list status, completed activities, and support accessed, presented in a way that encourages without pressure.

**Offline requirement:** The daily plan, tracker, and saved resources must work with no connection. Specify how local storage, sync conflicts, and stale-data warnings are handled.

**Safety and tone:** Show crisis resources visibly at all times. Make no diagnostic or prescriptive medical claims. State that the app supplements and does not replace professional care. Use warm, plain language free of jargon.

Deliver a concise product overview, core user flows for each feature, the offline data model and sync strategy, a screen-by-screen structure, and safety and privacy considerations (including how sensitive data is stored and whether it is encrypted on device), plus key risks with mitigations. Keep it concrete enough that a development team could begin building. it should be fully offline
