Build a fully functional, mobile-first AI Photo-to-3D Emoji Maker web app called "EmojiMe AI".

MAIN PURPOSE:
Users upload a photo of a person, and the AI transforms that exact person into a cute, premium-quality 3D emoji avatar while preserving their recognizable facial identity.

CORE FEATURES:

1. Upload photos from the phone gallery or camera.
2. Support JPG, JPEG, PNG and WebP images.
3. Show the uploaded original photo as a preview.
4. Add a prominent "Create My 3D Emoji" button.
5. Use a real image-to-image AI editing service to transform the uploaded photo. Do not create a fake demo result or merely display a preset image.
6. Preserve the person's recognizable facial features, face shape, eyes, nose, lips, skin tone, hairstyle and distinctive details as closely as possible.
7. Convert the person into a polished 3D emoji character with smooth 3D materials, expressive eyes, soft studio lighting and realistic depth. Do not change the person's identity intentionally.
8. Provide style options: Cute 3D, Realistic 3D Emoji, and Chibi 3D.
9. Include expression options: Happy, Laughing, Sad, Angry, Surprised and Cool.
10. Add a transparent-background PNG option for sticker use, if supported by the image service.
11. Display the generated image beside or above the original photo.
12. Add Download PNG, Try Again and Start Over buttons.
13. Show a progress indicator while generating. Disable duplicate generation requests during processing.
14. Handle upload errors, unsupported file types, network failures and exhausted AI credits with clear messages.
15. Make the layout responsive for Android phones, with large buttons and simple Hindi-friendly labels.
16. Add a privacy notice explaining how uploaded photos are processed and whether they are stored. Do not retain photos unnecessarily.
17. Never expose secret API keys in frontend code. Use the builder's supported secure integration for any external API.

DESIGN:
Modern dark purple and black interface with neon violet accents, rounded cards, attractive 3D emoji previews and a clean professional appearance.

IMPORTANT:
Implement actual image upload, AI image editing, result preview and file download. Connect a working image-editing model. Do not claim a feature works until it has been tested. Clearly show any API setup, credit requirements or unavailable features.
