GOLDEN ELECTRONICS — COMPLETE INTERNATIONAL E-COMMERCE WEBSITE

Build a fully functional, professional, mobile-friendly electronics e-commerce website called Golden Electronics — Smart Tech, Golden Service. Use a premium black-and-gold theme, fast loading, modern animations, and a clean shopping experience. Deploy the website online with a live URL.

1. Products and catalogue

Include over 3,000 real products for sale, covering all major electronics categories and brands, with the latest available models and versions.

- Smartphones: Samsung Galaxy A, S, Z and Note series; Apple iPhones; Tecno Spark, Camon and Phantom; Xiaomi, Redmi, OPPO, Huawei, Vivo, Infinix, Google Pixel and other brands.
- Sound systems: subwoofers, woofers, 2.1, 3.1, 5.1, 7.1 and other channel systems; soundbars, home theatres, amplifiers and Bluetooth speakers.
- Computers: HP, Dell, Lenovo, ASUS, Acer, Samsung and Apple MacBooks, including different processors, RAM, storage and configurations.
- Other categories: televisions, cameras, gaming consoles, headphones, smartwatches, tablets, printers, routers, accessories, home appliances, storage devices, chargers and power equipment.

Every product must display its correct brand, model, specifications, storage or configuration, colour, warranty, stock availability, price and product code.

2. Real product photographs

Display authentic, model-specific product photographs that match the actual items customers will receive, not repeated generic pictures, illustrations or placeholders.

- Phones: front, back, sides and available colours.
- Laptops: open view, closed lid, keyboard and ports.
- Sound systems: subwoofer, soundbar, speakers and included accessories.
- TVs, cameras, consoles and other electronics: accurate product images from multiple angles.

Use manufacturer-approved or licensed supplier image feeds. Automatically load optimized thumbnails, with higher-resolution images in product details. Lazy-load images, cache them and use responsive formats for fast browsing.

3. Three-country shopping and currency selector

During sign-up, provide a working country-selection control for:

1. Kenya — Kenyan Shilling (KES / KSh)
2. Uganda — Ugandan Shilling (UGX / USh)
3. Tanzania — Tanzanian Shilling (TZS / TSh)

Automatically update displayed prices, currency symbols, checkout totals, delivery charges and receipts when a customer changes country. Use live exchange rates from a reliable currency API, with automatic refresh, clear update timestamps and sensible fallback rates when the service is unavailable.

Allow customers to change their country later without losing their cart or account.

4. Automatic pricing and product updates

Connect approved supplier feeds, distributor APIs or product databases to import and update more than 3,000 listings. Automatically synchronize product names, latest models, images, specifications, availability and supplier prices.

Recalculate selling prices using configurable margins, country-specific taxes, shipping and currency conversion. Display the last update time and alert the admin when supplier data or exchange rates fail. Never invent prices or mark unavailable models as in stock.

5. International payments and bank integration

Create a secure payment system that accepts payments according to the customer's country and supported payment methods.

- Kenya: M-Pesa and supported cards or bank payments.
- Uganda and Tanzania: supported mobile-money services, cards and bank-payment methods.
- International customers: supported debit and credit cards and other available payment methods.

Provide an admin settings page to connect payment providers, configure merchant credentials securely, connect bank or settlement accounts through authorized provider integrations, and manage payment methods.

Automatically calculate the correct currency, initiate checkout, verify payment server-side, update order status, generate receipts and send order confirmations. Support payment success, pending, failed, refunded and cancelled states.

Important: payments must run through authorized payment gateways. Do not fabricate successful payments or promise that every method works in every country; activate each provider after merchant verification and country eligibility checks.

6. Shopping and checkout

Include product search, brand and category filters, sorting, price ranges, product comparisons, customer reviews, favourites, discounts, promotional banners and recommended products.

Customers must be able to add items to their cart, change quantities, select delivery addresses, choose available delivery methods, see estimated delivery dates and review all charges before paying.

Generate a professional downloadable receipt and order confirmation containing the order number, product images, item details, quantities, prices, currency, customer details, delivery address, payment status, estimated delivery and a scannable QR code linking to a secure order-verification page.

7. Customer accounts

Provide functional sign-up, sign-in, sign-out, password reset, email or phone verification and secure account management. Include saved addresses, order history, order tracking, returns requests, support tickets and saved payment-method tokens through the payment provider.

The selected country and currency should be saved to the customer's profile and remain editable.

8. Separate admin dashboard

Build a separate, secure admin website linked to the customer storefront through a shared backend and database.

Include:

- Product creation, editing, deletion, bulk import and export.
- Brand, category, model, image and stock management.
- Supplier feeds and automatic price-update settings.
- Country, currency, exchange-rate and tax controls.
- Payment gateway and settlement configuration.
- Order, refund, delivery and customer management.
- Sales reports, revenue, inventory alerts and analytics.
- Coupons, banners, featured products and promotions.
- Staff accounts, permissions, audit logs and security settings.
- Website maintenance, refresh, backup and monitoring tools.
- Customer support, notifications and an AI assistant for admin guidance.

Changes made in the admin dashboard must update the customer website through the shared backend.

9. Speed, security and deployment

Use a production-ready frontend, backend, database, secure authentication, image CDN and caching. Optimize the website for Android phones, tablets and computers. Use lazy loading, responsive images, pagination or infinite scrolling, database indexing and reliable error handling.

Protect customer data and payments, keep secret keys on the server, use HTTPS, validate all inputs, and provide privacy, terms, delivery, returns and refund policies.

Deploy the finished website with a live domain or hosting URL. Configure the database, storage, supplier feeds, exchange-rate API, payment gateways and email/SMS notifications. Include a clear admin setup guide and test the entire customer journey before launch.

Final requirement

Deliver a real, working international electronics store, not just a visual demo. It must support more than 3,000 verified products, accurate model-specific images, automatic supplier and currency updates, country-aware checkout, secure payments, delivery tracking, downloadable receipts and a separate admin dashboard. Clearly identify any external accounts, APIs or merchant approvals that I must connect to activate live services.
