PROJECT NAME: Rajveer 3D Electrical Engineering Lab

MAIN GOAL:
Build a fully interactive, browser-based 3D Electrical Engineering
Design and Simulation Workshop. This must be a real interactive
3D engineering environment, not a static website, flat diagram,
or simple dashboard.

IMPORTANT:
Use Three.js or React Three Fiber for 3D rendering.
Use a real electrical simulation engine or validated mathematical
models for circuit calculations.
Build working features incrementally. Do not create fake controls
or claim unsupported simulations are functional.

1. COMPLETE 3D WORKSPACE
Create a realistic 3D electronics laboratory with:
- A 3D workbench and electronics work area.
- A 3D PCB editor and breadboard.
- Orbit, rotate, pan and zoom controls.
- Component selection and drag-and-drop placement.
- Snap-to-grid and alignment tools.
- Undo, redo, delete, duplicate and rotate.
- Save and reopen user projects.
- Mobile touch controls and desktop mouse controls.

2. COMPLETE ELECTRONIC COMPONENT LIBRARY
Create an expandable searchable library containing 3D models of:

PASSIVE COMPONENTS:
Resistors, potentiometers, rheostats, capacitors, ceramic capacitors,
electrolytic capacitors, film capacitors, variable capacitors,
inductors, coils, chokes, transformers and crystal oscillators.

SEMICONDUCTORS:
PN junction diodes, Zener diodes, Schottky diodes, LEDs, photodiodes,
bridge rectifiers, BJTs, JFETs, MOSFETs, IGBTs, SCRs, TRIACs,
DIACs and other semiconductor devices.

ELECTROMECHANICAL COMPONENTS:
Switches, push buttons, relays, fuses, connectors, terminals,
solenoids, contactors, circuit breakers, fans, pumps and actuators.

POWER COMPONENTS:
Batteries, battery packs, DC power supplies, AC sources, rectifiers,
inverters, DC-DC converters, voltage regulators, chargers and UPS units.

MOTORS AND MACHINES:
Brushed DC motors, brushless DC motors, AC induction motors,
synchronous motors, servo motors, stepper motors, generators,
alternators, wind turbines and motor drivers.

OTHER COMPONENTS:
Sensors, microcontrollers, development boards, logic ICs,
operational amplifiers, timers, logic gates, displays, communication
modules, Arduino-compatible boards and common embedded components.

Each component must have a 3D model, connection terminals and
editable properties wherever applicable.

Support realistic component values, ratings, packages and variants.
Do not falsely claim that every possible component model is already
available. Design the library so more parts can be added later.

3. CUSTOM ENCLOSURE AND MECHANICAL BODY DESIGNER
This is one of the most important features.

Allow users to create their own machine body, plastic enclosure,
electrical box, motor housing or equipment casing in 3D.

Include:
- Adjustable length, width and height.
- Adjustable wall thickness.
- Box, cylinder and other basic shapes.
- Add and subtract shapes to create holes and cutouts.
- Mounting holes, screw posts, slots and vents.
- Open and close the enclosure.
- Transparent mode to inspect internal components.
- Plastic, metal and other material appearances.
- Place PCB, battery, motors and components inside the body.
- Check basic component clearances and collisions.
- Rotate, move, scale and inspect the finished design.
- Save and export the design when supported.

Provide a practical first version using editable 3D primitives.
Do not pretend it is a full professional CAD system unless the
necessary geometry and export features are implemented.

4. 3D PCB DESIGN AND WIRING
Allow users to:
- Create and resize a PCB.
- Place components on the board.
- Define PCB pads and component pins.
- Draw and edit copper traces.
- Connect component terminals using wires.
- Change wire routes and colours.
- View the board in 3D and inspect both sides.
- Identify unconnected pins and invalid connections.
- Run electrical checks before powering the circuit.

5. VIRTUAL SOLDERING WORKSHOP
Create an interactive 3D soldering mode with:
- A soldering iron.
- Solder wire.
- PCB pads and component leads.
- Visible solder joints.
- Zoomed-in soldering work.
- Visual feedback for successful or incorrect connections.
- Basic training for through-hole and surface-mount soldering.

The user should be able to select a joint and perform a soldering
interaction. Use actual 3D geometry for the visible solder joints.
Clearly distinguish visual soldering practice from manufacturing
accuracy and thermal simulation.

6. REAL ELECTRICAL CIRCUIT SIMULATION
Implement a genuine circuit simulation system.

Include:
- DC and AC circuit analysis.
- Ohm's law and Kirchhoff's laws.
- Resistor networks.
- Capacitor charging and discharging.
- Inductor behaviour.
- RC, RL and RLC circuits.
- Diode and rectifier circuits.
- Transistor switching.
- Basic amplifier circuits.
- Voltage dividers and regulators.
- Series and parallel circuits.
- Power, voltage, current and resistance measurements.

Use an appropriate engine such as ngspice or another suitable
circuit solver when integration is technically possible.

Display circuit errors, unsupported models and solver failures
honestly. Never invent simulation results.

7. 3D MOTORS AND HIGH-RPM MACHINES
Create animated 3D models with visible:
- Motor housing.
- Stator and rotor.
- Shaft and bearings.
- Windings where appropriate.
- Cooling fan.
- Mechanical load.

Allow users to adjust voltage, current limits, frequency where
applicable, motor load and other valid parameters.

Display RPM, torque, electrical input power and estimated efficiency
where the selected model supports those calculations.

The motor animation must respond to the simulation state.
Do not simply animate the motor at a fixed speed regardless of input.

Implement simpler validated motor models first, then extend them.

Include appropriate warnings for dangerous speeds, voltages and
currents. The simulation is virtual, not a safety certification tool.

8. WIND TURBINE AND AIRFLOW SIMULATION
Create a 3D wind turbine with adjustable wind speed.

Show rotating blades and estimated generator output.
Use the approximate available wind power equation:

P = 0.5 * rho * A * v^3

where rho is air density, A is rotor swept area and v is wind speed.

Account for turbine efficiency and generator losses in the estimated
electrical output. Clearly distinguish available wind power from
actual electrical output.

9. VIRTUAL TEST EQUIPMENT
Add interactive virtual instruments:
- Digital multimeter.
- Voltmeter.
- Ammeter.
- Oscilloscope.
- Function generator.
- Wattmeter.
- Tachometer.
- Power analyser where supported.

Measurements should come from the actual simulation data.

10. FOUR-YEAR ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING CURRICULUM
Organize practical experiments by subject and academic level:
- Basic electrical engineering.
- Circuit theory.
- Analog and digital electronics.
- Electrical machines.
- Power electronics.
- Control systems.
- Signals and systems.
- Electrical power systems.
- Measurements and instrumentation.
- Renewable energy.
- Embedded systems and sensors.
- Advanced electrical engineering projects.

Include explanations, circuit diagrams, practical exercises,
expected observations and quizzes.

11. AI LEARNING ASSISTANT
Add an optional AI tutor that explains:
- How a circuit works.
- Why a component failed a simulation.
- How to choose component values.
- How to calculate voltage, current and power.
- How to troubleshoot wiring mistakes.
- How to improve a design.

Do not hardcode claims that require an AI service. If an API key
or backend is required, explain the setup and provide a working
configuration method.

12. USER INTERFACE
Create a professional, modern engineering interface with:
- A large 3D workspace.
- Component library on the left.
- Selected component properties on the right.
- Simulation controls.
- Measurement panels.
- Project save and export options.
- Dark and light themes.
- Responsive mobile layout.

13. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Use a maintainable architecture.
Prefer TypeScript, React and Three.js or React Three Fiber if supported.
Separate 3D rendering, circuit data, simulation, enclosure design,
component libraries and user interface into modules.

Use appropriate state management and error handling.
Keep 3D performance reasonable on Android devices.
Load complex models progressively.
Do not rely on placeholder images for 3D components.

14. IMPLEMENTATION PLAN
Build and test in stages.

STAGE 1:
Create the working 3D workbench, camera controls, component library,
3D battery, switch, resistor, LED, wires and basic DC circuit solver.

STAGE 2:
Add editable component properties, PCB placement, wire connections
and circuit validation.

STAGE 3:
Add 3D motors, rotor animation, RPM calculations and virtual instruments.

STAGE 4:
Add the custom enclosure designer and the ability to place components
inside a user-created body.

STAGE 5:
Add interactive soldering and PCB trace editing.

STAGE 6:
Expand the component library and implement additional simulation models.

STAGE 7:
Add wind turbine simulation, engineering experiments, project saving,
exports and the AI learning assistant.

Start with STAGE 1. Implement the actual working application rather
than generating a long plan or a static mockup.

After implementation, run available tests, fix build errors and verify
that the 3D scene renders and the initial circuit can be simulated.

If a feature cannot be completed in the current environment, explain
the limitation and implement the best working foundation for it.

FINAL GOAL:
Create a comprehensive 3D Electrical Engineering Workshop where users
can design custom equipment bodies, place and solder electronic
components, construct circuits, simulate electrical behaviour, inspect
motors and learn engineering through interactive experiments.
