Build a fully functional garment CAD file converter called TRIM CONVERTER.

This is an existing practical requirement, not a UI-only demo. The most important requirement is that file selection and both conversion directions work correctly.

SUPPORTED FILES:
- DXF
- HPGL
- PLT

CONVERSION:
- DXF → HPGL/PLT
- HPGL/PLT → DXF
- Auto-detect input format when possible.
- Always let the user manually choose the conversion direction.

CRITICAL FILE UPLOAD FIX:
- Implement a real file input with accept=".dxf,.plt,.hpgl".
- Make both clicking to browse and drag-and-drop work.
- Read selected files correctly using browser File APIs.
- Handle uppercase extensions such as .PLT and .HPGL.
- Display the selected filename, file size, detected format, and parsing status.
- Do not reject a valid file only because its MIME type is empty or unusual.
- Show clear errors if a file is invalid or unsupported.

REAL CONVERSION ENGINE:
- Implement actual HPGL parsing for supported commands, including IN, SP, PU, PD, PA, PR, and supported arc commands.
- Implement DXF parsing and writing for supported 2D geometry.
- Convert pen-down movement paths into DXF polylines.
- Convert supported DXF geometry into HPGL pen movements.
- Preserve scale and units as accurately as possible.
- Do not simply rename file extensions.
- Never generate a fake or empty download.

TESTING IS MANDATORY:
- Create a built-in sample HPGL file and a built-in sample DXF file.
- Test both conversion directions automatically.
- Verify that selecting a file, parsing it, converting it, and downloading the result works end to end.
- Verify that the exported DXF contains actual geometry.
- Report any unsupported entities or commands.
- Fix all discovered errors before declaring the task complete.

INTERFACE:
- Keep a clean CAD-style interface.
- Include a conversion-direction selector, file upload, conversion settings, drawing preview, Convert button, and Download button.
- Process files locally in the browser where possible.
- Do not require an AI API key for conversions.

Before finishing, inspect the implementation and run the tests. Tell me which features were actually tested and any remaining limitations. Never claim the application works unless the conversion tests pass.
