DENSITY / ENGINE

Goal:
Same time, more work.

Increase:
- Longer AMRAPs (20–24 min)
- EMOM 40
- Ladder workouts
- Death By workouts
- Hybrid Bike + Dumbbell conditioning

Example EMOM 24:
12 Thrusters
10 Burpees
14 DB Swings
15 Cal Bike

Repeat 6 rounds.

Competitive peak phase.

Include:

Benchmark retests

Dumbbell Complexes:

For Time
100 DB Snatches
80 Push Ups

Every 2 weeks only increase one variable:

- Load
- Volume
- Work Duration
- Reduced Rest

Never increase all four together.
