Build a complete, fully functional AI fitness transformation website called **PhysiqueForge AI**.

IMPORTANT: Build the actual working application, not just a landing page or UI mockup. All buttons, forms, calculations, dashboards, workout tracking, and database features must work.

## 1. MAIN PURPOSE

Create an AI-powered fitness website where users can upload their body photos, analyze their current physique, choose an anime character or celebrity physique as inspiration, and receive a personalized workout and nutrition plan to work toward their goal.

The website must adapt to the user's actual progress and show how far they have progressed toward their goal.

## 2. USER ACCOUNT AND PROFILE

Create secure registration, login, and logout functionality.

Collect:
- Name and age
- Height and current weight
- Fitness experience: beginner, intermediate, advanced
- Workout location: home or gym
- Available equipment
- Days available for training
- Daily workout time
- Dietary preference and food budget
- Fitness goal: muscle gain, fat loss, or body recomposition
- Injuries, physical limitations, and exercise restrictions

Save each user's profile and progress securely.

## 3. AI BODY PHOTO ANALYSIS

Allow users to upload front, side, and optional back physique photos.

Analyze visible features where technically supported:
- Overall visible proportions
- Shoulder-to-waist appearance
- Visible muscle development
- Areas the user wants to improve
- Posture observations, where reliable

Generate a personalized physique summary and identify relevant muscle groups.

Display the results in a clean dashboard with muscle-group cards.

Important: Never invent body measurements or claim that photographs accurately determine body fat percentage, muscle mass, or medical conditions. Explain any limitations of visual analysis.

Allow users to delete uploaded photos and control how their photos are stored.

## 4. ANIME AND CELEBRITY PHYSIQUE GALLERY

Create a searchable gallery with selectable physique inspirations.

Include:
- Toji Fushiguro — Jujutsu Kaisen
- Baki Hanma — Baki
- Saitama — One Punch Man
- Levi Ackerman — Attack on Titan
- Cristiano Ronaldo
- Chris Hemsworth
- Other searchable characters and celebrities

Each card should show the name, legally usable reference artwork or image, physique characteristics, and main muscle groups associated with the look.

Include a working "Choose This Physique" button.

When selected, analyze the user's chosen goal and generate a realistic training approach. Do not promise an exact copy of a fictional or celebrity physique.

## 5. PERSONALIZED HOME AND GYM WORKOUTS

Generate separate plans for home and gym users.

For every exercise, display:
- Exercise name
- Target muscle
- Sets and repetitions
- Rest duration
- Exercise instructions
- Correct technique and safety tips
- Available equipment
- Alternative exercises
- Recommended training frequency

Cover chest, shoulders, back, lats, traps, biceps, triceps, forearms, legs, calves, and core according to the user's goals.

Generate a weekly schedule with warm-ups, recovery days, and balanced muscle-group coverage.

Adapt exercises to the user's experience, equipment, age, recovery, and available time.

Never prescribe extreme volume or daily training of every muscle group.

## 6. REAL PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD SYSTEM

This is one of the most important features.

For each exercise, let the user record:
- Weight used
- Repetitions per set
- Sets completed
- Exercise date
- Difficulty level
- Whether technique was maintained
- Pain or unusual fatigue, if any

Save the records in a database.

Example:
- Previous session: Dumbbell press, 10 kg, 3 sets of 10 reps.
- Current session: 10 kg, 3 sets of 12 reps.
- Next session: Suggest an appropriate progression only if the prescribed target was completed safely.

Use established progression rules based on exercise type, training experience, prescribed repetition ranges, and available equipment.

If the user consistently completes the top of the prescribed repetition range with good technique, suggest a small increase in resistance where appropriate. Otherwise, maintain the load or adjust repetitions.

Never automatically increase the weight when the user reports pain, poor technique, or excessive fatigue.

Display previous performance, current performance, and the suggested next-session target.

## 7. PERSONALIZED CALORIE AND PROTEIN CALCULATOR

Calculate estimated daily energy requirements using appropriate validated equations and available profile data.

Display:
- Estimated maintenance calories
- Suggested calorie target based on the selected goal
- Daily protein target
- Carbohydrate target
- Fat target
- Meal-by-meal nutrition estimates

Explain that these are estimates and should be adjusted according to actual progress.

Do not recommend extreme calorie deficits or excessive calorie surpluses.

Account for age and safety. For minors, do not prescribe aggressive weight-loss diets or adult bodybuilding calorie targets.

## 8. AFFORDABLE INDIAN FOOD PLANNER

Generate practical meal plans using locally available foods.

Include:
- Rice, roti, oats, and potatoes
- Eggs, chicken, fish, milk, and curd
- Dal, paneer, tofu, and soya chunks
- Fruits, vegetables, and nuts

Consider vegetarian and non-vegetarian preferences, food allergies, budget, and meal frequency.

Calculate approximate calories and protein for each meal using food quantities.

Allow users to change foods and serving sizes while recalculating nutrition totals.

Protein powder and other supplements must be optional, never compulsory.

## 9. DAILY WORKOUT DASHBOARD

Create an interactive workout page where the user can:
- Start today's workout
- View each exercise
- Enter sets, weights, and repetitions
- Mark exercises completed
- View rest recommendations
- Finish the workout
- Save the session

Show the next scheduled workout and the user's recent performance.

All records must persist after logging out and logging back in.

## 10. TRANSFORMATION PROGRESS TRACKER

Create a dashboard with:
- Starting and current weight
- Weight history
- Progress photo timeline
- Workout consistency
- Strength progression charts
- Weekly completion percentage
- Calories and protein tracking
- Training history
- Selected physique goal
- Estimated progress timeline

Let users upload new progress photos periodically and compare them with earlier photos under consistent viewing conditions.

Calculate actual progress from recorded data rather than invented AI scores.

Display a visual progress indicator based on completed milestones and clearly distinguish it from a scientifically measured percentage of physique similarity.

Never guarantee a specific transformation date.

## 11. WEEKLY AI PLAN ADJUSTMENT

At the end of each week, ask the user:
- How many workouts did you complete?
- Did your strength improve?
- How was your sleep and recovery?
- Did your weight change?
- Was your food plan manageable?
- Did you experience pain or excessive fatigue?

Use these responses and the user's actual logs to suggest appropriate adjustments.

Gradually adapt the workout and nutrition plan instead of randomly changing exercises every day.

## 12. DESIGN

Create a premium, modern, mobile-friendly interface.

Design:
- Dark black and charcoal background
- Electric blue or orange accents
- Clean typography
- Modern dashboard cards
- Progress charts
- Searchable inspiration gallery
- Responsive layout for desktop and mobile
- Clear navigation and accessible forms

Pages:
1. Landing page
2. Sign-up and login
3. User onboarding
4. Photo analysis
5. Physique inspiration gallery
6. Personalized plan
7. Daily workout tracker
8. Nutrition planner
9. Progress dashboard
10. Settings and privacy

## 13. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Use a suitable modern frontend framework and a secure backend with a database.

Implement:
- Secure authentication
- Persistent user profiles
- Database-backed workout logs
- Nutrition calculations
- Secure photo storage
- AI integration for photo analysis and plan generation where available
- Input validation and error handling
- User data deletion
- API keys stored securely on the server
- Clear loading states and error messages

Do not expose private API keys in frontend code.

If an external AI service or database requires credentials, explain which setup steps are required. Do not pretend an integration works when it has not been configured.

Create realistic sample data only for a clearly labelled demo mode.

## 14. FINAL ACCEPTANCE TEST

Before considering the website complete, verify that:
- A user can register and log in.
- A user can upload a photo.
- A user can select Toji or another inspiration.
- A user can choose home or gym training.
- The website generates a personalized workout plan.
- Calorie and protein calculations update correctly.
- Users can record actual weights and repetitions.
- The next-session progression uses saved performance.
- Workout history remains available after logging out.
- Progress charts reflect real saved data.
- Photo privacy and account deletion controls work.
- The application works on mobile and desktop.

Build the complete application with functional features, not just a visual demonstration. Prioritize a working minimum version first, then implement the advanced AI features.
