Build a modern, professional, mobile-friendly web application called HabiLink.

Brand slogan: “Connecting Skills. Creating Opportunities.”

Purpose: HabiLink is a local marketplace that connects customers with business owners, private transport operators, skilled workers, digital professionals, retailers, and other service providers. The initial launch area is Enugu State, Nigeria, covering all 17 Local Government Areas (LGAs).

1. Design and branding

- Create a clean, trustworthy, modern, professional design.
- Use deep teal or navy, fresh green, and white as the main brand colors.
- Make the layout responsive for mobile phones, tablets, and desktop computers.
- Use clear typography, attractive service cards, simple icons, and easy navigation.
- Include a dedicated logo area. If I upload the HabiLink logo, use that exact logo throughout the website without changing its design.
- Display the brand name exactly as HabiLink and the slogan exactly as Connecting Skills. Creating Opportunities.
- Do not use fake customer reviews, fake provider profiles, or fabricated statistics.

2. Homepage

Create a welcoming homepage with:

- HabiLink logo and navigation menu.
- A strong headline: “Find Trusted Local Services and Skilled Professionals.”
- Supporting text explaining that customers can discover businesses, workers, transport services, and professionals in Enugu State.
- A prominent search bar with fields for service or business, location/LGA, and a search button.
- Two main buttons: “Find a Service” and “Join HabiLink.”
- A section showing service categories.
- A section explaining how HabiLink works.
- A section encouraging providers to register.
- A footer containing About, Contact, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Help links.

3. Service categories

Create category cards for:

- Home and Maintenance
- Construction and Repairs
- Cleaning and Laundry
- Transport, Taxi and Car Hire
- Delivery and Logistics
- Beauty and Personal Care
- Food and Catering
- Retail Shops and Products
- Digital and IT Services
- Education and Tutoring
- Events and Photography
- Professional and Business Services
- Agriculture and Farm Services
- Other Local Services

Each category should have a relevant icon and lead to a page where users can browse matching listings.

4. Enugu State locations

Include all 17 Enugu State LGAs in the location filter:

1. Aninri
2. Awgu
3. Enugu East
4. Enugu North
5. Enugu South
6. Ezeagu
7. Igbo Etiti
8. Igbo Eze North
9. Igbo Eze South
10. Isi Uzo
11. Nkanu East
12. Nkanu West
13. Nsukka
14. Oji River
15. Udenu
16. Udi
17. Uzo Uwani

Users should be able to filter listings by LGA and service category.

5. Marketplace listings

Create a marketplace page with:

- Search and filtering by category, LGA, and provider type.
- Listing cards with space for a photo, service or business name, location, short description, and contact or enquiry action.
- A listing details page for each provider or service.
- Clear empty states when no matching listings exist.
- Sample listings only if clearly marked as demonstration data, not real businesses.

6. Provider registration and profiles

Create a provider sign-up form requesting:

- Full name or business name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Provider type
- Service category
- LGA and town
- Description of services
- Profile photo or business logo, if available

Create a provider profile page that can display their services, location, description, contact options, photos, and verification status. Do not label a provider as verified unless verification has actually been completed.

7. Customer enquiries

Add an enquiry form on provider pages so customers can describe what they need and submit their contact details. Show clear success and error messages. Include a contact button where appropriate, and make WhatsApp contact optional when a provider supplies a valid WhatsApp number.

8. Provider dashboard

Create a provider dashboard interface with sections for:

- Profile management
- Add and edit listings
- Manage customer enquiries
- View listing status
- Account settings

9. Admin dashboard

Create an admin dashboard interface for managing provider listings, categories, reports, and verification requests. Restrict administrative access to authorized administrators only.

10. Important functionality and technical requirements

- Build working navigation, forms, buttons, search, and filters—not just a static visual mockup.
- First inspect which authentication, database, file storage, and hosting features are available on the free plan.
- If persistent database functionality is not available, explain the limitation and propose a free-compatible option before claiming registration or enquiries are fully functional.
- Never expose private user information or administrator controls to unauthorized users.
- Do not invent integrations, credentials, or completed verification.
- Keep the project modular and easy to improve in future stages.
- Prioritize the core marketplace experience first and avoid unnecessary complexity.
- Do not add paid services without asking me first.

First milestone: Build the branded homepage, navigation, service category cards, Enugu LGA selector, marketplace layout, and provider registration interface. Make the first version look polished and work well on mobile. After this milestone, explain what works, what still needs a database or authentication setup, and what we should build next.
