Build **48RH**, a premium Algerian logistics and delivery platform.

This is NOT just a courier company website. Build the foundation of a future complete logistics ecosystem for customers, merchants, drivers, agencies, operations and administrators.

## BRAND

Brand: **48RH**

Positioning:

**48RH — Livraison intelligente. Suivi en temps réel.**

The visual identity must feel:
**Fast • Premium • Intelligent • Reliable • Algerian**

Use a bright modern palette:

* Electric Blue
* Cyan
* Vivid Violet
* Controlled Neon Lime accents
* White / very light blue
* Deep Navy for dark sections

Use sophisticated gradients and subtle animations. Avoid generic templates, excessive glassmorphism, excessive rounded cards and visual clutter.

Support:
**العربية RTL • Français • English**

Arabic must be a genuine RTL experience, not simply translated LTR content.

---

## HOMEPAGE

Create a premium responsive homepage with:

### Header

Logo 48RH

Navigation:

* Accueil
* Suivi
* Services
* E-commerce
* Solutions Entreprises
* Tarifs
* Agences
* 68 Wilayas
* À propos
* Contact

Primary CTA:
**Suivre mon colis**

Secondary CTA:
**Créer un envoi**

### Hero

Headline:

**Votre colis. Notre priorité.**

Subtitle:

**Livraison rapide, suivi GPS en temps réel et solutions logistiques intelligentes partout en Algérie.**

Add a prominent tracking box:

**Entrez votre numéro de suivi**

Example:
`48RH-2026-XXXXXX`

Button:
**Suivre mon colis**

Beside the hero, create a sophisticated interactive-style Algeria map visual with delivery routes, vehicles and shipment indicators.

The map must be designed for future REAL map/GPS integration. Do not claim fake GPS is real.

---

## 68 WILAYAS

The entire platform must be designed around **68 Algerian wilayas**.

Create a section:

**48RH — Algérie en mouvement 🇩🇿**

Prepare the architecture for an interactive map containing:

* 68 wilayas
* Agencies
* Hubs
* Drivers
* Active shipments
* Delivery routes
* Pickup points

Selecting a wilaya should eventually show:

* Shipments
* Delivered
* In transit
* Failed deliveries
* Active drivers
* Hub information
* Performance

Keep this data-driven and configurable, not scattered hardcoded values.

---

## TRACKING

Create the UX foundation for:

**48RH Tracking**

A shipment page should eventually display:

* Tracking number
* Current status
* Shipment timeline
* Current location
* GPS
* Estimated delivery time
* Driver status
* Route
* Last update
* Delivery proof
* COD amount

Shipment lifecycle:

**NEW → CONFIRMED → PICKED UP → AT HUB → IN TRANSIT → OUT FOR DELIVERY → DELIVERED**

Exceptions:

**CUSTOMER ABSENT • PHONE UNREACHABLE • WRONG ADDRESS • REFUSED • DELIVERY FAILED • RETURN REQUESTED • RETURNED • CANCELLED**

Do not create fake real-time functionality. Build the UI and architecture ready for real backend/GPS integration.

---

## SERVICES

Create premium sections for:

* Express Delivery
* E-commerce Delivery
* Cash on Delivery
* Pickup / Collection
* Stop Desk
* Reverse Logistics
* Business Logistics

Use Algerian context and **DZD / DA**.

---

## FUTURE PLATFORM

Prepare scalable architecture for:

### Customer

Shipments, tracking, notifications, addresses, history.

### Merchant

Dashboard, shipments, bulk orders, COD, returns, customers, analytics, API.

### Driver

Today's deliveries, route, navigation, shipment details, delivery confirmation, COD, failed delivery, GPS.

### Agency / Hub

Incoming/outgoing shipments, scanning, transfers, drivers.

### Admin

Create the future:

**48RH COMMAND CENTER**

with:
Live map, drivers, shipments, hubs, agencies, COD, returns, alerts and analytics.

---

## DESIGN SYSTEM

Create reusable components:

Buttons, inputs, tracking field, cards, badges, tables, sidebar, navigation, modals, notifications, tabs, timelines, map containers, KPI cards, loading states, empty states and error states.

Use a clean modular architecture.

Mobile-first and fully responsive.

Tracking must be excellent on mobile.

Admin dashboards should be optimized for desktop/tablet.

---

## TECHNICAL RULES

Use the existing project architecture if present.

Do not unnecessarily delete or rewrite working code.

Use:

* React
* TypeScript
* Modular components
* Centralized design tokens
* Centralized localization
* Data-driven configuration
* Strong typing

Do not create fake:

* GPS
* Payments
* Authentication
* Operational statistics
* API integrations

When functionality is not connected yet, clearly separate UI placeholders from future real functionality.

Design the foundation so future phases can add:

**Database • Authentication • GPS • Maps • Driver App • Merchant Portal • Admin • Notifications • API • Webhooks • AI**

without rebuilding the foundation.

---

## PHASE 1 DELIVERABLES

Implement now:

1. 48RH visual identity
2. Design system
3. Typography
4. Colors
5. Responsive header
6. Premium homepage
7. Hero
8. Tracking section
9. Algeria map foundation
10. 68-wilaya architecture
11. Services
12. CTA sections
13. Footer
14. Arabic/French/English architecture
15. Reusable components
16. Clean scalable project structure

Do NOT build the complete backend yet.

Before finishing, review the result as a senior product designer and frontend engineer.

The final result must look like a **premium international logistics technology company built specifically for Algeria**, not a generic courier template.

At the end, report:

* What was implemented
* Files/components created
* What is real
* What is placeholder
* Recommended Phase 2
