# Project: LyriGlow AI — AI Lyrics Video Creator

Build a professional, modern, AI-powered website called **LyriGlow AI** that transforms uploaded songs into stunning lyric videos with synchronized, animated typography and AI-generated backgrounds matching the song's mood and theme.

## 1. Core Features

**Audio Upload and Analysis**
- Allow users to upload MP3 and WAV audio files.
- Display audio playback controls, song duration, and waveform visualization.
- Analyze the song's mood, genre, tempo, energy, and emotional atmosphere using available AI services.

**AI Lyrics Generation**
- Automatically transcribe sung lyrics from uploaded audio using a compatible speech recognition service.
- Detect lyric lines, verses, choruses, bridges, and instrumental sections where possible.
- Synchronize lyrics with audio timestamps, including word-by-word timing where supported.
- Allow users to edit lyrics, correct transcription errors, and adjust timing manually.
- Support multiple languages where the connected transcription provider permits.

**AI Background Generation**
- Generate or select video backgrounds that match the song's theme and emotional atmosphere.
- Use cinematic landscapes, romantic scenes, African-inspired visuals, cityscapes, nature, abstract motion, or other suitable imagery.
- Create multiple visual scenes throughout the song rather than one repetitive background.
- Allow users to upload their own images and videos or replace individual backgrounds.
- Use AI-generated video or animated still images with motion effects, depending on available providers.

**Animated Lyrics and Typography**
- Make animated text a central feature, not ordinary subtitles.
- Include karaoke-style word highlighting, kinetic typography, glowing text, neon effects, gradients, 3D text, bouncing text, cinematic reveals, smooth transitions, and beat-synchronized animations.
- Let users customize fonts, colors, sizes, shadows, outlines, animation speed, text position, and highlighting styles.
- Provide real-time previews synchronized with song playback.
- Keep lyrics readable and positioned appropriately over the background.

**Video Editor and Export**
- Provide a timeline editor for audio, backgrounds, lyrics, transitions, and effects.
- Allow users to edit lyric timing, rearrange scenes, replace backgrounds, and preview the complete video.
- Export finished videos as MP4 when rendering is configured.
- Support 16:9 YouTube videos, 9:16 TikTok/Reels/Shorts, and 1:1 square videos.
- Provide rendering progress, download options, and an export history.

## 2. Website Design

Create an elegant, premium creative studio with a dark interface, cinematic backgrounds, purple and electric-blue accents, modern typography, smooth animations, and professional editing controls.

Include these navigation items:
- Dashboard
- Create Lyrics Video
- My Projects
- Media Library
- AI Providers
- Export History
- Settings

The dashboard should feature a prominent **Create New Lyrics Video** button, recent projects, uploaded songs, processing progress, and completed exports.

Make the website responsive for desktop and mobile devices.

## 3. Technical Requirements

Use a maintainable frontend and backend architecture, secure file uploads, project saving, and environment variables for API credentials. Integrate compatible AI services for sung-lyrics transcription, song analysis, background generation, and video rendering. Use FFmpeg or another suitable media-processing tool where available.

Prioritize free and open-source options where practical. Do not expose API keys in frontend code. Clearly identify services that require configuration, payment, or additional infrastructure.

If a service is unavailable, provide a clearly labeled demonstration mode rather than pretending real AI generation is working.

## 4. Development Priority

Build a functional MVP first: audio upload, lyrics transcription and correction, synchronized animated text, themed backgrounds, preview, and video export. Then add advanced AI-generated video scenes, beat detection, more languages, and additional effects.

**Final objective:** Create a reliable, visually stunning AI lyric-video studio that transforms an uploaded song into a professionally styled, synchronized music video ready for social media or YouTube.
