Act as a Senior Full-Stack Software Architect and Process Engineer. I need you to develop a comprehensive system architecture and source code for an industrial "Bacosol Manufacturing Management & Monitoring System".

The software must track and manage the entire production lifecycle of Bacosol (Organic Chicken Manure Fertilizer).

Please provide the technical specifications, database schema, and core backend logic for the following modules:

1. INPUT & DEWATERING MODULE:
- Track raw chicken manure intake (Weight, Moisture level, Source Farm).
- Monitor the Solid-Liquid Separator efficiency (Target moisture reduction: from 80% to 35-40%).

2. FERMENTATION & AERATION LOGIC (In-vessel / Windrow):
- Real-time IoT data simulation for Temperature (Target: 60-70°C for pathogen destruction) and Moisture.
- Automated alert triggers if the temperature drops below 55°C or exceeds 75°C.
- Calculate optimal aeration/turning schedules based on sensor data.

3. CRUSHING & SCREENING QUALITY CONTROL:
- Log particle size analysis post-crushing.
- Reject/Recycle counter for oversized materials from the Trommel Screen.

4. GRANULATION & PACKAGING MODULE:
- Track binding agent ratio added during granulation.
- Batch number generation and inventory logging (Bag weight: 10kg/25kg).

Technical Requirements:
- Backend: Clean, documented Python (FastAPI/Flask) or Node.js code for the core logic.
- Database: PostgreSQL schema (Tables for Batches, Sensors, Inventory, Quality Logs).
- Security: Role-Based Access Control (Admin, Operator, Lab Technician).
- Output: Deliver the complete database structure, API endpoints for batch creation, and the automated alert system code. Do not use placeholders; provide production-ready logical code.
