APP NAME: WALKMATE
APP OWNER AND FOUNDER: MARGARET NETSHILULU

PROJECT:
Build a complete, real, functional Android mobile application called Walkmate. This must be a working application, not just a design, picture, or preview. Every feature must have a working button and a usable screen.

Walkmate is a global safety, navigation, wellness, and daily assistance application designed to help pedestrians, drivers, families, elderly people, and communities worldwide.

DESIGN:
Create a modern, beautiful, professional, easy-to-use mobile app. Use a clean interface, clear buttons, readable text, and simple navigation. The app must work well on Android phones, including budget smartphones.

Display:
"Walkmate — Your Safety, Your Journey"
"Founded and owned by Margaret Netshilulu"

MAIN FEATURES:

1. SECURE LOGIN
Provide account registration and login using email and password. Support fingerprint login when the phone and authentication system allow it. Include logout, password recovery, and secure handling of user information.

2. GLOBAL MAP AND LOCATION
Provide an interactive world map that works globally. Allow users to search for countries, cities, streets, addresses, and places anywhere in the world. Allow users to select their destination manually or use their current location when permission is granted.

3. GLOBAL WEATHER
Display current weather and forecasts for locations worldwide. Let users search for any city or country and select a location to see its weather. Do not restrict weather to the user's current location.

4. NAVIGATION AND DIRECTIONS
Help pedestrians and drivers find destinations. Provide routes, estimated travel times, walking directions, driving directions, and distance information through a real mapping and routing service.

5. PEDESTRIAN SAFETY
Help pedestrians identify reported dangerous areas, unsafe walking routes, road hazards, and other community-reported risks. Provide safety advice and alternative routes when reliable information is available.

6. DRIVER SAFETY ALERTS
Help drivers identify reported dangerous roads, accident locations, road hazards, and unsafe zones. Provide warnings when supported by reliable location and incident information. Never encourage users to operate their phones while driving.

7. ATM SAFETY
Provide ATM safety tips and a way for users to report suspicious activity, robbery risks, or dangerous ATM locations. Display verified reports and their dates when available. Allow users to find nearby ATMs using a real location service.

8. FRAUD AND SCAM ALERTS
Help protect users against fraudsters, scams, suspicious messages, and common financial crimes. Provide a reporting system, scam prevention advice, and alerts based on credible information. Never label a person a criminal without reliable evidence.

9. ELDERLY CARE AND MEDICATION REMINDERS
Allow users or authorized caregivers to enter medication names, dosage instructions, and reminder times. Provide scheduled notifications and reminders. Allow users to mark reminders as completed. Include emergency contact information and an easy-to-use interface for elderly people.

10. MENTAL HEALTH AND EMOTIONAL SUPPORT
Include a dedicated wellness section to help users manage everyday stress, anxiety, loneliness, and low mood. Provide guided breathing exercises, calming activities, positive encouragement, relaxation exercises, journaling, and music for relaxation.

Offer supportive AI conversations and practical self-care suggestions. Explain that this feature does not replace professional medical care. Provide appropriate crisis-support guidance when a user may be in immediate danger.

11. MUSIC FEATURE
Add a working music section where users can play available music, pause, resume, skip tracks, adjust volume, and select calming music or other available genres. Use legally available music sources or properly licensed audio. Do not display a music player that cannot actually play audio.

12. GLOBAL OUTBREAK AND PUBLIC HEALTH WARNINGS
Display credible public health alerts, disease outbreak information, and relevant official announcements for different countries and regions. Show the source, location, and publication date when available. Do not invent outbreak warnings or present unverified information as fact.

13. AI VOICE ASSISTANT
Include an accessible AI voice assistant that works together with the app's features. Allow users to ask questions by voice when supported and hear spoken responses. Help users find places, understand weather, navigate available features, receive safety advice, manage reminders, access wellness exercises, and use the music section.

Provide text input as an alternative. The assistant must clearly communicate when a feature requires an internet connection or additional service.

14. EMERGENCY SUPPORT
Allow users to add trusted emergency contacts and quickly access emergency calling options. Provide emergency information appropriate to the user's country. Request the necessary permissions before using location or sending notifications. Never claim that emergency services have been contacted unless the action has actually succeeded.

15. COMMUNITY REPORTING
Allow users to submit reports about dangerous areas, road hazards, suspicious ATM activity, scams, and other safety concerns. Include the report location, date, category, and status. Provide moderation and verification features to reduce false reports.

16. NOTIFICATIONS AND ALERTS
Provide working notifications for medication reminders, relevant safety alerts, saved-location weather updates, and other user-selected notifications. Let users control their notification preferences.

17. SETTINGS AND PRIVACY
Include profile management, location permissions, notification settings, privacy controls, emergency contacts, and account logout. Collect only information necessary for the selected features and protect personal information.

18. HOME SCREEN
Create a useful dashboard with clear buttons for:
- Global Map
- Weather Worldwide
- Navigation
- Pedestrian Safety
- Driver Safety
- ATM Safety
- Fraud Alerts
- Medication Reminders
- Mental Health Support
- Music
- Public Health Alerts
- AI Voice Assistant
- Emergency Support

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Build a real, usable Android application with functional screens, working navigation, and functional buttons.

Use reliable services and APIs for maps, directions, worldwide weather, AI assistance, and other features that require external information.

Prefer free services and free-tier integrations wherever possible. Do not introduce paid services without explaining the cost and obtaining the owner's decision.

If an API key, account, permission, or external service is required, clearly explain what is needed and provide the simplest setup instructions.

Do not use fake maps, fake weather, invented alerts, simulated AI responses presented as real AI, or buttons that do nothing.

If a service is not connected yet, display a clear message explaining what is missing instead of pretending the feature works.

Ensure that the global map and weather features allow users to search for and select locations worldwide.

Test every screen, button, form, notification, and available feature. Fix errors before declaring the app complete.

Make the application installable on Android phones. Prepare it for future publication on the Google Play Store.

FINAL REQUIREMENT:
Build Walkmate as one complete application, not separate disconnected projects. All features must share a consistent design and work together wherever appropriate.

The official app owner and founder must be displayed as:

MARGARET NETSHILULU

The goal is to create a real, useful global application that helps people travel safely, stay informed, manage daily care, access music, and improve their wellbeing.
