Build me a fully functional, static Progressive Web App (PWA) called "TrackPnl Dashboard" — my personal crypto trading dashboard that connects to Bitget's public API. It must be clean, fast, and work on mobile and tablet screens.

DESIGN THEME:
- Primary: Deep emerald green + soft white background
- Accent: Neon glow green for live prices and positive values
- Red for negative changes
- Modern, minimal, professional trading terminal style
- Responsive — perfect for my Android tablet and phone

FEATURES NEEDED:

1. 📊 PORTFOLIO OVERVIEW
   - Total portfolio balance display (large, highlighted)
   - Unrealized P&L summary
   - List of running/open positions with: pair name, entry price, current price, size, P&L percentage and value
   - Color-coded: green = profit, red = loss

2. 🔥 LIVE MARKET DATA
   - Fetch from Bitget public API — NO API KEY NEEDED for public data
   - Display top pairs with live prices and 24h change
   - Search bar to find any pair quickly
   - Auto-refresh every 5–15 seconds (configurable)

3. 📈 INTERACTIVE CANDLESTICK CHARTS
   - Click any pair to view its price chart
   - Timeframe selector: 1m, 5m, 15m, 1h, 4h, 1D
   - Fetch candlestick data from Bitget API
   - Clean, readable chart display

4. ✏️ PERSONAL NOTES & STRATEGY MARKINGS
   - Ability to draw/write notes on each chart
   - Save notes locally to device storage — no server needed
   - Notes stay even after closing/reopening the app

5. 🔒 SETTINGS & API CONNECTION
   - Section to optionally enter Bitget API Key and Secret (READ-ONLY mode recommended)
   - Clear reminder: Public prices work WITHOUT API keys — API keys only needed for personal account data
   - All sensitive data stays in browser LocalStorage — never sent to any third-party server

TECHNICAL RULES:
- Pure HTML, CSS, and Vanilla JavaScript only — NO frameworks or backend required
- Use Bitget API base URL: https://api.bitget.com
- CORS: If direct fetch fails, use a simple Cloudflare worker as proxy — or note the limitation clearly
- All user data stored locally in browser only — no database needed
- Mobile-first responsive design
- Clean, well-commented code I can easily modify later

IMPORTANT: This is for my PERSONAL USE ONLY. Keep it simple, secure, and completely free to run.
