CLIENT WORKFLOW

1. Client signs up → enters:
   - Business name
   - Contact email

2. System automatically generates an “Invoice Request” and sends it to the Admin Dashboard.

3. Admin reviews the request and clicks “Approve Invoice”.

4. System automatically generates a PDF invoice using:
   - Admin’s bank details
   - Client’s business name
   - Selected tier price
   - Unique invoice number
   - Payment instructions

5. System emails the invoice to the client.

6. Once the client pays, admin marks the invoice as “Paid”.

7. System activates the client’s subscription tier and unlocks the AI Support Agent features.
