PROJECT NAME: AI WORLD
PROJECT TYPE: A modern, international, full-stack AI platform
PRIMARY GOAL: Build a professional, secure, responsive, multilingual AI platform with real working features, prioritizing free and open-source services wherever practical.

IMPORTANT:
Build the actual application, not just a landing page or static design. Implement the real functionality that can be supported by the available environment. Never pretend that a feature works if it has not been connected or implemented. If a service requires an API key, explain the setup and provide a secure integration point.

1. BRAND AND DESIGN
Create a premium AI product named AI World. Use a modern, elegant, futuristic design with deep navy, charcoal, blue, violet and cyan accents. Dark mode by default and a complete light mode. Build responsive layouts for iPhone Safari, Android, tablets and desktop. Support touch-friendly controls, iPhone safe areas, accessible contrast, loading skeletons, error states and reduced motion.

2. LANGUAGE
Arabic is the default language with complete right-to-left support. Add English with left-to-right support. Include a language selector and translate menus, buttons, settings, errors and empty states. Support mixed Arabic, English and code.

3. AUTHENTICATION
Implement real sign-up, sign-in, sign-out, password reset, email verification when supported, user profiles, protected pages, session management, user-specific history, account deletion and data export where supported. Do not create fake login buttons. Explain backend setup requirements. Never expose secrets in frontend code.

4. AI CHAT
Implement new conversations, saved history, search, rename, archive, delete, streaming where supported, stop generation, regenerate, edit and resend prompts, copy messages and code, Markdown, syntax highlighting, tables, feedback, timestamps, export and error recovery. Use a real model through a secure backend. Never fake AI responses.

5. AI PROVIDERS
Use a provider-independent backend adapter. Configure actual available models, handle rate limits and quotas, prefer free tiers and open-source models, support local endpoints where possible, keep keys server-side and provide usage controls. Explain when no provider is configured. Never promise unlimited service or bypass provider restrictions.

6. AI TOOLS
Create dedicated interfaces for AI Chat, Writing Assistant, Programming Assistant, Image Studio, File Analysis, Web Search, Summarization, Translation, Learning Assistant, Brainstorming, Text Improvement, Voice Interaction, Data Analysis and Prompt Library. Each tool needs inputs, options, loading states, results, error handling and copy/export actions where appropriate. Do not label unimplemented integrations as working.

7. CODING ASSISTANT
Generate and explain code, debug errors, refactor code, support common programming languages, generate project structures, provide setup instructions and explain security issues. Never run arbitrary user code without an isolated sandbox.

8. IMAGE STUDIO
Connect a real image generation provider. Support prompts, styles, aspect ratios, preview, download, history and image analysis when supported. Explain missing integrations instead of simulating image generation.

9. FILES
Support safe uploads of compatible PDFs, text files, office documents and images. Validate types and sizes, show upload progress, extract text, summarize and answer questions using a connected model. Store files privately with user-specific access controls. Never claim to read a file if extraction fails.

10. WEB SEARCH
Use an actual search API. Display real source titles and links, summarize results, cite sources when available and never fabricate search results or citations.

11. VOICE
Implement speech-to-text, text-to-speech, playback controls and microphone permissions when supported. Optimize for iPhone Safari. Handle denied permissions and do not record audio without user awareness and appropriate consent.

12. DASHBOARD
Show recent conversations, favorite tools, saved responses, recent files, user profile, preferences and usage data when available. Use real backend data, not invented statistics.

13. ADMIN
Implement protected role-based administration, user management, provider configuration, feature toggles, system health, usage summaries and audit logging. Verify permissions on the server. Never grant admin privileges through frontend-only settings.

14. DATABASE
Use a supported backend for profiles, conversations, messages, preferences, files, usage, feedback and admin settings. Enforce user ownership, validation, secure access rules and appropriate indexes. Explain schema setup and do not claim persistence until connected.

15. SECURITY
Use server-side secret management, authorization checks, validation, injection protection, safe uploads, rate limiting, secure sessions, security headers, privacy policy, terms and minimal data collection. Never log passwords or API keys.

16. PERFORMANCE AND ACCESSIBILITY
Optimize initial loading, bundle size, data fetching and long histories. Add keyboard navigation, screen-reader labels, focus indicators, accessible forms, good contrast and reduced-motion support.

17. SEO
Create public landing, features, about, contact, privacy and terms pages with suitable metadata. Keep private dashboards and conversations out of search engines.

18. FREE-FIRST DEPLOYMENT
Prioritize free and open-source services. Explain quotas, rate limits, storage and possible charges. Provide deployment instructions, environment variable examples without real secrets and an upgrade path. Do not claim that all services are permanently free or unlimited.

19. TESTING
Test navigation, mobile layout, authentication, protected routes, real AI calls, file validation, language switching, RTL, themes, permissions and data isolation when the environment supports it. Report only tests actually performed.

20. IMPLEMENTATION ORDER
Phase 1: responsive design, Arabic RTL, English, themes, navigation and chat UI.
Phase 2: authentication and persistent storage.
Phase 3: secure connection to a real AI model.
Phase 4: coding assistant and file analysis.
Phase 5: image generation, web search and voice.
Phase 6: admin, security, testing and deployment.

Start by inspecting the current development environment and create actual working project files, not just a mockup. Choose a compatible technology stack, implement the highest-value features first and list remaining configuration steps.

Acceptance criteria: responsive iPhone Safari UI, Arabic default and RTL, English and LTR, polished design, meaningful buttons, real integrations when configured, secure server-side secrets, protected user data and honest documentation of free-tier limits.

Now begin building AI World.
