Build a professional mobile data-selling app called DataVibely, similar to Moniepoint's data-purchasing interface.

1. NETWORKS:
Include MTN, Airtel, Glo, and 9mobile.

2. PLENTY OF DATA BUNDLES:
Display as many available data bundles as the provider supports, arranged from lowest to highest. Start from 100MB, then 200MB, 300MB, 500MB, 1GB, 2GB, 3GB, 5GB, 10GB, and continue to larger bundles. Include daily, weekly, and monthly plans, plus all available bonus bundles. Never hide small or affordable bundles. Show the price, data size, and validity period for every plan.

3. PAYMENT BEFORE DELIVERY:
Customers must pay successfully through Paystack before their data purchase is sent to the supplier. After payment confirmation, automatically send the selected data bundle to the customer's phone number through the connected data-provider API. Show the order status and transaction reference.

4. NO PREPAID SUPPLIER WALLET:
I am starting without capital and cannot fund a supplier wallet in advance. Use a data provider that supports purchasing data using confirmed customer payments or another genuine pay-as-you-go settlement method. Do not require me to deposit money into a supplier wallet before accepting orders. Do not pretend this works unless the provider actually supports it.

5. REAL DATA DELIVERY:
Connect to a genuine data-provider API that supports the required networks and bundles. Display all supported bundles and their correct prices. Never show unavailable plans as purchasable. Prevent duplicate payments and duplicate data deliveries.

6. DESIGN:
Create a modern, attractive, mobile-friendly interface with a dashboard, network selection, searchable bundle list, customer phone-number field, payment screen, transaction history, and delivery-status screen.

7. TESTING:
Allow me to test the interface using sample data before connecting Paystack and the data-provider API. Clearly separate test mode from live transactions.

My priority is to launch DataVibely without funding a supplier wallet upfront, while customers pay before receiving their data.
