Workflow Templates give you a head start. Import a complete, tested workflow with one click, customize the details for your use case, and activate it. No blank canvas, no guessing at node configurations.

Scheduled Airtable Digest

Fetches records from your Airtable base on a schedule and sends a formatted email digest. Perfect for daily standup summaries, inventory alerts, or client report emails.

API Health Check

Pings your API endpoints on a schedule and alerts you via email when they go down. Configurable timeout, expected status codes, and notification frequency.

Database Report Email

Runs a PostgreSQL query on a schedule and emails the results as a formatted report. Use it for daily sales summaries, weekly user growth reports, or monthly analytics snapshots.

AI-Powered Request Classification

Receives webhook data, classifies it using AI (support, sales, feedback, spam), and routes to different handlers. Drop-in replacement for manual triage.

Slack Message Summarization

Receives Slack messages via webhook, summarizes them with AI, and posts the summary back. Great for busy channels where you need a daily recap.

Google Sheets Data Transform

Fetches data from an API, transforms it, and writes rows to a Google Sheet. Useful for keeping spreadsheet-based dashboards in sync with live data sources.

How to Use Templates

1. Open the Workflows tab in any app
2. Click Templates in the toolbar
3. Browse available templates and click Import
4. The workflow appears on your canvas with all nodes pre-configured
5. Update credentials, URLs, and other specifics for your use case
6. Activate the workflow

Templates are starting points. Add nodes, modify conditions, change schedules — the full workflow builder is at your disposal after import.

Building on Templates

Templates are intentionally focused. Each one solves a specific, common problem. But they compose well:

• Import the API Health Check template, then add a Slack notification node alongside the email alert
• Start with AI Classification, then add a database node to log all classifications for analysis
• Use Database Report as your base, then add conditional logic to only send when data exceeds a threshold
