Notification preferences

Control which alerts reach you and where.

What gets sent

Security and abuse alerts on your apps.
Billing changes (new charges, refunds, plan upgrades).
Agent / workflow failures.
@-mentions on shared apps.

Channels

Notifications fan out to up to three channels:

In-app: bell icon, unread badge - always on.
Web Push: requires browser permission, works on installed PWAs.
Email: respects your master toggle.

We deliberately keep the preference UI minimal. If you have a use case that needs finer control (per-type toggles, quiet hours), let us know.

Sensitive content like full security scan findings stays out of Web Push payloads - we send a notice and link to the in-app view instead.

FAQs

Where do I change which notifications I receive?▾

Open Settings, then look under "Notifications". The master toggle controls all important transactional emails (security alerts, abuse alerts, billing).

Will turning off email notifications mean I miss critical alerts?▾

In-app notifications and Web Push remain on regardless. The toggle only controls email fan-out.

Can I receive notifications on my phone?▾

Install GenMB as a PWA on your phone, then enable Web Push when prompted. iOS 16.4+ in standalone mode is supported.
